Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to participants taking part in Wildcats Basketball fitness, athletic development, conditioning, strength, speed, agility and performance training programs.
Program Participation
Wildcats Basketball Fitness Training is designed to improve athletic performance, physical fitness, basketball conditioning, movement, coordination, speed, agility, strength and overall athletic development.
Training sessions may include physical conditioning, running, jumping, sprinting, change-of-direction exercises, resistance exercises, basketball-specific movements and other age-appropriate activities.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
Participants must meet the age and program requirements communicated by Wildcats Basketball at the time of registration.
- Participants must provide accurate registration information.
- Parents or legal guardians are responsible for registering minors.
- Wildcats Basketball may place participants in an appropriate training group based on age, ability and physical readiness.
- Coaches may modify exercises where appropriate for the participant's age or ability.
Health & Medical Disclosure
Participants and their parents or legal guardians are responsible for informing Wildcats Basketball of any medical condition, injury, physical limitation, allergy, medication or other circumstance that may affect participation in physical activity.
Assumption of Risk
Physical training and basketball-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, collisions, fatigue and other injuries.
Participants acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to follow the instructions provided by Wildcats Basketball coaches and staff.
Participants must immediately inform a coach or staff member if they experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, illness or any other condition that makes continued participation unsafe.
Training Rules & Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during training.
- Follow all instructions given by coaches and staff.
- Treat coaches, teammates, opponents and facility staff with respect.
- Use training equipment correctly and safely.
- Do not intentionally interfere with another participant's training.
- Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the session.
- Inform the coach if assistance is required.
Wildcats Basketball reserves the right to remove a participant from a session for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
Arrival & Training Preparation
Participants are required to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled training time to allow sufficient time for check-in, preparation and warm-up.
- Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled training session.
- Participants should arrive dressed appropriately and ready for physical activity.
- The additional arrival time is required to ensure that participants are prepared and ready to begin training on time.
- Participants arriving late may not be permitted to participate in certain activities if doing so may affect their safety or the flow of the session.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants arrive on time.
Clothing, Footwear & Equipment
Participants must wear suitable sports clothing and appropriate athletic footwear for the training environment.
- Proper basketball or athletic footwear is required.
- Clothing should allow unrestricted movement.
- Participants should bring sufficient drinking water.
- Any personal equipment brought to training remains the participant's responsibility.
Training Modifications
Wildcats Basketball coaches may modify, replace or discontinue an exercise or activity when they believe it is appropriate based on the participant's age, ability, fatigue, technique, environment or safety considerations.
Training programs may also be adjusted due to facility conditions, weather, scheduling or operational requirements.
Emergency Situations
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, Wildcats Basketball staff will take reasonable steps to provide or arrange appropriate assistance and contact the emergency contact or parent/guardian where applicable.
Parents or guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date emergency contact information.
Cancellation & Schedule Changes
Wildcats Basketball reserves the right to change training times, locations, coaches or session arrangements when necessary.
Where reasonably possible, participants or parents/guardians will be informed of significant changes in advance.
Photography & Media
Wildcats Basketball may photograph or record training sessions, activities and events for promotional, educational or social media purposes where appropriate and subject to the permissions provided during registration.
Parents or guardians may contact Wildcats Basketball regarding photography or media preferences for their child.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings brought to training. Wildcats Basketball is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Parental & Guardian Responsibility
For participants under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during registration is accurate and complete.
Parents and guardians should ensure that participants arrive with appropriate clothing, footwear, water and any required personal items.
Limitation of Responsibility
Wildcats Basketball will take reasonable measures to provide a safe and properly supervised training environment. However, participation in physical activity carries inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability, responsibility or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information collected during registration will be handled for legitimate program, administration, communication, safety and operational purposes in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Participants and parents/guardians should provide accurate information and notify Wildcats Basketball of any relevant changes.
Changes to These Terms
Wildcats Basketball may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to its programs, operations, facilities or applicable requirements.
The latest version published or provided by Wildcats Basketball will apply to future registrations and participation.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or participating in Wildcats Basketball Fitness Training, the participant confirms that they understand and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
For participants under 18 years of age, acceptance is provided by their parent or legal guardian.
If you are registering a participant under the age of 18, please ensure that you have read these Terms & Conditions carefully and understand the nature of the activities involved before completing registration.
